At Hazelwood Dental Practice we are resuming routine dentistry on a gradual & phased basis from Monday 18th of May
We look forward to continuing to provide your Dental Care in the safest possible way.
Our highest priority at this time is the safety of our patients, dentists & staff.
Outlined below are a number of new procedures we have implemented to ensure your safety.

All our dentists & staff have been trained to a very high standard and follow stringent infection control procedures and precautions as a matter of course during normal day to day operations.

In addition we are adhering to and implementing all government, HSE & Dental Council Guidelines at this time.

As a result, Hazelwood Dental Practice has implemented a number of measures, including the following:

• Staggered & lengthened appointments- to allow for additional disinfection of treatment rooms
• Pre-appointment screening
• Staff and patient temperature checks
• Additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Aerosol reduction measures
• Increased infection prevention & control (IPC) processes
• Addition of air purifier machines in each surgery
• Installation of Perspex screen for reception

In the weeks ahead, we will be prioritising those patients who had a dental emergency during lockdown. We will also be contacting any patients who had scheduled appointments cancelled due to the lockdown to re-book these appointments and will be reintroducing our dental hygiene services .

We are happy to offer telephone advice to those who are unable to attend.
